Christmas

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

I really do love this time of year,it allows family to get together and put their petty differences aside and have a nice holiday season. We can start back at each other after the first of the year. One thing that we give to each of the members of our family and our employees each year are Personalized Christmas Cards. They are so special and so very easy to get, I think it makes the Christmas season so much more special when you get a keep sake that is personalized.

The Gallery Collection has some of the very best personalized Christmas Cards this year that I have ever seen and I can not wait to get them and get them to my family, friends and our employees. This Christmas is going to be one of the best ever and I give credit to the wonderful personalized Christmas Cards from the Gallery Collection.

Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of the year and I think that this year will be very special all my family is together and not fighting for the most part, and on the sad side this will be the first holiday season since my Grandmother passed away and that will be in my thoughts this year a lot.

New sheets

Having five dogs in the house is tough on certain things and sheets on the bed is one of the top of this list. The dogs get their toe nails hung up in the threads on the sheets and the next thing you know you have a hole in your sheets where there was none the day before. That being the case we had to go out today and buy a new set of sheets to replace the ones we had to throw away because of the hole in them. Makes me mad to spend money on sheets when we do not have to. I love my dogs but they need to find another place to sleep instead of in my bed.

One of the things that I really hate about running our own business is checking the information that applicants give us when they apply for a job. We have started tracing and checking every social security number that people give us when they apply and you would be surprised how many are some other person besides the person applying for the job. We use the best SSN Locator on the market, we use http://www.ssnlocator.com, they have the best and easiest site to use of all the ones we looked at when we were looking to get this tool to use to make our business that much safer

Exciting game

Tonights Nashville Predators game was very exciting it even went into overtime and then was still ties at 0-0 and a shoot out was needed to determine a winner. The bad news is the Predators lost in the shootout. But it was till an exciting game and since it was the first one we attended this year we were very excited and enjoyed ourselves very much. I hope to make it back to a few more games this year and maybe buy season tickets next year again.

Time for a change

Many years ago I had a dream to play pro football and I followed that path, until injuries cut short my football career. The one downside to this choice was that I did not finish my college degree. The years since have not allowed me to finish my degree due to work and raising a family, and now that the kids are older and I work at night I am going to spend the time and money to get an online degree to finish my college education, finally.

Degree Hound has the information that I will need to get in touch with a school and get under way to complete my education. The web site there is filled with useful information and the tips I will need to find the right school to get me credits transfered and get my degree finished up and on the wall. Going back to school at my age will be tough, but I think I can handle the work load and I am very excited to learn that I only need 36 hours and I can do that all online. Degree Hound is a great web site and I am very pleased to find them after all these years.
