Adam Pac-man Jones is no longer a Tennessee Titian and let me be the 546th to say thank God. That was so drama that this city it’s fine people and this team did not need. Add the fact that the team got no one they needed in this draft, or any one we had heard of before makes me wonder if Mike Reinfeldt is the person to be leading the front office of this great team.
On October 4th Willie Nelson is going to have a benefit concert in rural Williamson County, the community of Leipers Fork will host this event. I make every effort to get to his shows when he is close, we went to the Ryman to see him and Merle Haggard with Ray Price that was quite a show well worth the money. Willie always seems to put on a great show and you never know who will jump on stage and play with him.
N and I went and got our hair cut this week, it was time to get rid of the winter growth. I sure feel better after getting ten pounds off my head, I am sure I look better, but that is a relative term at best.
Spring makes you want to look sharper and makes you feel much better after the winter blues.
I see where Mayor Karl Dean has proposed that the city spend over 56 million dollars to build a new bus terminal. I for one am against this waste of money. There are many much more worthy projects to spend this huge amount of money on. How about expanding the train system and expand the hours it runs? How about spending it on a new homeless shelter, which is sorley needed downtown. How about not spending it at all. This is a call to stop the wasted use of our tax dollars.
As everyone knows cat people and dog people do not mingle successfully, and they under no circumstances should marry and have children. I am a dog person, having five Jack Russell terriers, They hate cats as much as I do which is saying something. Well I do not hate cats I am allergic to them, I cough sneeze and break out in hives if they get to close to me. I am proud of my dogs and them of me…….I think.
