Pacaras

Today is the NASCAR race at the Brickyard in Indy. One of the few races along with the Daytona 500 that I try to watch each year. I think it is one fantastic race course and I always watch the Indy 500 each year, it is the only Indy car race that I watch each year. I am a huge sports fan and racing is at the bottom of my choices to watch but I do catch a couple of races each year and today’s race will be one of the ones that I do watch this year. Lets go racing.

The new season, season number 11 began Thursday night, I can not get a feel for the cast yet. I seem to pick out a couple of the players and cheer for them and then they wind up getting voted off, all except Evil Dick who won the whole thing a couple of years ago. I just can not get a grasp on a couple of the players and I guess it will take me a couple of shows to choose who I think will win. I hope it is as fun as all the other seasons and does not get silly like a lot of the reality shows have done in the recent past.

One of the things that I really enjoy as I get older is having a great Satellite TV Dish to watch the things that I really enjoy on TV. The picture is much better than watching on an antenna and the service and price beat the heck out of cable TV. Direct TV is the top of the companies that provide satellite TV and I like it much better than the cable Tv we used to have in our home.I love my Direct TV and I keep telling all of my family members about this great TV set up and I think that anyone who tries the Direct TV system will fall in love with it like my family has.

We sat on the couch and watched a great movie last night and my wife made some great cheese dip for us. The Gordo’s Cheese Dip was fast and easy to make, and most of all it tasted very good too. The great dip made watching the movie a pleasent night and in these busy times a nice night watching a movie and having a nice snack is a great night.

The final leg of the triple crown of horse racing is today and I am very excited about it. There will be no winner of all three races this year and it has been a very long time since a horse has won the triple crown but this year a jockey can win all three races on two different horses and I do not think that has been done before and I will be watching to see if it happens this year. Calvin Borel has a chance to do something very special today and it will be worth watching.
