Well the darkest day in my life has arrived finally. I turn 50 today and I am sure not ready for the rocker just yet. I know that I can work rings around much younger guys and I will keep working as long as I am able to. No plans for today just going to stay home and enjoy my day off with my dogs and my great family. We are going to grill some steaks tonight and watch the first episode of one of my favorite show, The Amazing Race. I can not wait for tonight to get here.

Our grandson has joined a flag footballleague and I know that he is very small and fast but he loves football and it is good for him to get out with kids his own age outside of school. His team is pretty rag tag and will be needing practice shirts, I have found a great web site to get the team some new custom t-shirts, 123print t-shirts are perfect for this team of small boys to practice in, they are cost effective enough that having one or two torn up at practice is no big issue. My daughter and my grandson will be moving in with us in the near future and we will be needing to get a couple of new beds for our spare rooms. wooden beds have been something that I have liked since I was a small boy and that is the way that I am leaning with this project. I know that any kind of bed is fine to sleep in but when you have a bed that makes you think of your childhood it makes sleeping even better, at least it does in my mind, I love my wooden bed that I have had for almost forty years and I would not trade it for anything in this world at all. Sleeping in a great bed is a joy and I want my family to experience this joy just like I do.

My wife’s mother is in need of new exterior shutters and we have the perfect place to shop for her new shutters. Larson Shutters has a wide selection of affordable exterior shutters and I am sure we will find the right shutters for mom’s house there.

It is only a couple of weeks until school starts again. I can not believe that this summer is almost gone already, well in school kids terms school is almost over for the year. Before the kids go back to school we have planned a quick trip to the Radio Disney Concert Series that will be held in Wildwood New Jersey at Morey’s Pier this summer. This Wildwood vacation will be a lot of fun for the grand kids and the the adults as well. The Disney Concert Series is one that we have watched for several years now and have really enjoyed at the same time. We have planned to include a fun filled day at one of the great New Jersey Water Parks, this is a great place for a Wildwood Vacation and the great website for Morey’s Pier is the place to find hotels & motels in Wildwood New Jersey.
